About IntakeGenius

Built by a lawyer who lost the leads first.

Brandon Haubert built IntakeGenius because his own firm was losing leads it had already paid for. Calls came in after hours, went to voicemail and moved on to the next firm on the list. This is the system he wanted, set up so a small firm doesn't need a tech team to have it.

Section 02 · What we believe

Three things we won't compromise on.

Done for you

Not a login and a good luck.

We don't hand you software and wish you luck. We build it with you, set it up for your practice and stay on the hook after go-live.

Built for small firms

What BigLaw has had for a decade.

Big firms have intake departments. Now the firm with three attorneys gets the same thing, at a price that makes sense.

Lawyers practice law

AI handles the intake. You handle the case.

IntakeGenius answers, qualifies and books. Every decision about a client stays with you and your team.

Section 03 · The company
